EU Areas
Please note that due to changes by HMRC, orders being shipped to EU countries will not be shipped on the same day as they are invoiced. EU Orders will now be shipped on the next working day. This only applies to E.U. orders. Domestic and Worldwide shipments remain the same.
Collect In Store?
When you go to the online checkout, you can opt to collect your items in store. We'll let you know when your order is ready for you to collect. Your order will normally be ready to collect the next working day.
Returns, refunds or exchanges?
You can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in 'as new' condition.
Items will be refunded in full (less postage) if received within 28 days from the date of despatch.
THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS. DETAILS OF WHICH ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU OR CONSUMER DIRECT.
We aim to deal with all returns and exchanges on the day they arrive, however please allow longer during peak periods.
You can return the item(s) by dropping them off in store or by returning the item(s) by post. We do not insist on a specific courier service for the return, so please use the most economical or appropriate method for returning the item(s).

Nice torch

If you want a torch which won't cost the earth, I would say this is a good choice, I have used this torch for about ten dives and I am happy with it, even if you have an expensive torch already, this would make a good back up torch.

Scapa Flow diving with 3500

Having returned from Scapa Flow having just purchased the Varilux 3500 the week before traveling as my main torch had failed. I can say that it never let me down. The variable output was ideal as you can reduce the light if there is a lot of particles in the water. I charged the batteries each night after the two dives each lasting an hour and the charger was still showing 40%. Seems well built and showed no real marks after being dragged over the German wrecks.Yesterday back in Plymouth another diver commented on the brightness when the silt we had kicked up while doing a survey looking for a new wreck making the vis zero was very reassuring especially as he had the line back to the shot. Ok tec's will still go for the umbilical torch but for the money I don't think you will be disappointed.

I ordered 6 new Varilux 3500 torches for our dive club, Bo'ness Sub Aqua Club. Delivery was perfect, they arrived the next day, in plenty of time for our dive today. Several of our club members bought them to replace existing torches and they did not disappoint. Good solid torches, feel very robust. The slide switch is easy to use even with 5mm gloves on. It was its first outing today and if I had been using my old torch I would not have spotted my first Octopus. I varied the brightness as needed throughout my two dives and the torch lasted 2 50 minute dives no problem at all. Others in the club were so impressed with them that we will be ordering more. An absolute must buy you will not be disappointed.
